At Sol, we offer 3 types of Sol Sessions designed to meet your unique needs. 

Every session gives you FULL access to our amenities including:

Traditional Sauna, Cold Plunge, Red Light Therapy and more. 

  • 90 minute shared session & full access.

    Immerse yourself into your local community, experience wellness in a shared yet personal way.

    Book a session where up to five others may also join, creating a peaceful and co-ed community driven atmosphere. Unlike a group workout class, there’s no structured routine. Enjoy your own wellness journey while sharing the energy of the space.

  • 60 minute private session & full access

    Take this time to unwind and enjoy a perfect private sanctuary. Session pricing already includes a +1, with the option to add more guests for a more personal shared experience. 

    *6 people total allowed

  • 2 hour private session & full access

    Reserve the entire space for a full two hours, designed for parties with 6+ guests.

    *10 person max.

Our main focus is ​Contrast Therapy, which involves alternating between hot and cold treatments, this has shown to be beneficial for several reasons:​​

  • ​The switch between hot and cold can enhance blood flow, helping to deliver nutrients and oxygen to tissues while also aiding in the removal of waste products.

  • The relaxation from heat and the stimulation from cold can help improve flexibility and range of motion in joints and muscles.

  • Cold exposure can help reduce swelling and inflammation, while heat can relax tight muscles and promote healing.

  • Athletes often use contrast therapy to speed up recovery after intense exercise, as it can help reduce muscle soreness and fatigue.

  • The warmth from heat can provide comfort and relaxation, while the cold can invigorate and energize, promoting a balanced state of relaxation and alertness.

  • Alternating temperatures can help alleviate pain by affecting the body’s pain receptors and promoting the release of endorphins.

    We’re a barefoot space to keep things clean for all our Sol Mates, so shoes will be left at the entrance. If possible, avoid arriving with sandy feet to help us maintain a peaceful, hygienic environment.

    Come ready to rejuvenate your sol!

  • The ideal way to experience the healing benefits of our sauna + cold plunge is by flowing between the two.

    If you're new to contrast therapy, start with:

    • Sauna for 10–15 minutes

    • Rinse off - You must rinse in our shower after the sauna, before entering plunge

    • Cold plunge for 1–3 minutes

    • Relax for 10 minutes

    Repeat this cycle up to 3 times. There’s no right or wrong way to do it, just listen to your body, and make it your own.

  • If you have a pre-existing medical condition, or if you’re new to contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge) we strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider before participating.

    Individuals with cardiac conditions, blood pressure concerns, or a history of fainting should only use our facilities with physician approval.

    Your safety is our priority. Start slowly, listen to your body, and ease into the experience. SOLSCAPE is not responsible for illness or injury due to client negligence.

  • We are located on the North Shore of Oahu, near Sunset Beach. We will send over our exact location once you have booked your appointment. We are a small space and do not allow walk-ins, we operate by appointment only.

  • Must park across the street on Kam Hwy. Street parking ONLY on KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY. Please keep that in mind and try to arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes early, as you will have to find street parking. We suggest carpooling, bikes, etc.

  • If you arrive late to your booked time you will not get to “make up” your time.​​

    -If you booked ‘The Lounge’ you are free to show up whenever during that 90 minute window.

    12 hour cancelation policy - Let us know 12 hours before if you can't make your scheduled time. You will not get a refund but you can redeem your session for another time. This gives us time to fill your spot.

    If you are a NO SHOW, you will not get a refund or transfer for another session.
